You never really know 'til you jump,
Soft grass or a hard stump
Is the risk every really worth it?
Is this my fate because I deserved it?
A child lives through his or her dreams.
The old die by their failures, it seems.
The unseen ground brings me worry
Though I know this seat and chains are sturdy,
Does your heart ever truly sing
If all you ever do is swing?
