Untitled
I should hear you,
By sweet soft whispers of your tearful soul,
Pleasant slips of your mounting woes,
Seen in glimpses,
By atomic streams of your liquid gaze
That comes forth from those mellow eyes forcing out Juno’s cries.
Felt in the fleeting warmth
By shuffling smiles, to cover up signs
Of a sorrow stained dove that couldn't fly.
In the remnants,
By broken mirrors and dangled scissors
You've left your shame on many a crumpled note.
By the grace of man stand two pillars to Roman gods.
By chance we’re flesh and so we’ll weep for the eternal dream.
For all we've lost, for all we've kept.
