I'm wishing on a smile
beneath the whimsey of the moon
I've traveled many a weary mile
hoping to make my dreams come true.
But every wish needs a shooting star
And I've yet to find one,
though I've traveled far,
So instead I'm wishing on a smile,
and hoping it to be worthwhile.
