Not Just A Crush
I'm taken aback
For he is something I've never seen before
 Kind and sweet
And other things of that sort
 His smile is bright
 His eyes filled with light
 No way you can miss
That brilliantly bright, white smile of his
 No way can you shy
 When he is around
Because he doesn't make it awkward
He lifts you up not down
 I only wish
 He say me as me
 And not some chic
 Siociety wants me to be
I want him to know what sets me apart
 The imperfections
I want him to know by heart
But I don't want that to be the only thing he sees
I want him to see what makes up
 Wonderful me
