It slipped ahd fell,
On the way down
it crashed and burned.
Set fire to the fuse;
watch it burst,
the shell shatters.
Im falling,
falling into the deep,
crying out for help.
HELP!
I'm drowning, Suffocating,
my heart is bleeding,
I'm aching,
Shaking.
My mind is failing.
I'm done,
it's done.
I cave.
No flare,
no S.O.S,
it's too late for that.
More down then up,
no relife.
I breathe but am dead,
I shake but am still
of heart, of mind,
but not of pain,
it grips me,
Tight,
Holds me fast,
unmoving, relentless
with a murderous streak,
I fight but like quicksand
I continue to sink.
I cling to the only thing i know how.
But to what lengths will it cling to me?
before its hold loosens
and i slip through the gentle fingers?
It slipped and fell,

Anew.
Pin it to the place it will float.
I straighten it,
untill all is concealed,
I raise and grit,
vacant of all colour.
