Back home
Walking alone at twilight
The fire blazes and it's your heart
 The streelights are milky
And lead to another world, Another part
I was going to bring my shoes
 But bare feet will suffice
Nothing but a camera in my hand
 To capture the moment twice
 The summer sweet envelops you
Takes you in like an old friend
The smell of sprinklers fresh and cool
 To wherever the pavement ends
 An imaginary train
 rattles down the track
 And Your footsteps slowly fade
 to an inky black
Whatever light you may have had
 Is given to the night
The smoke will cloud your vision
But it will never end the sight.
