You can call me young and ambitious
With dreams and goals
Only eighteen striving to reach for that pot of gold
Hoping to be successful some day
It will happen in some type of way
Work hard, have drive and self-motivated
I can’t wait for that day where I can say, “I made it!”
When they ask my motivation I simply reply, “Struggle.”
The only way to get it is to get it from the muscle
Never will I give up
Keep fighting for that top spot
I’m going to make it some day
Just waiting for my time to come
I will accomplish it in some way
