Gone.
April 4, 2012
A shimmer
A sparkle
A twinkle...
Gone.
Run to chase it,
the wind in your hair.
Once was found,
now is lost...
Gone.
But always run to chase it.

Very true...I'll try that in my future poems. But to me poetry is all about finding your own meaning, so I don't want to give to much away.

Beautiful yet an unclear meaning. Try clarifying what you mean to evoke more emotion and response from your reader, everyone loves a poem they can easily relate to a personal experience, especially if it's powerful.

I'm mostly talking about my lost dreams that people put down all the time...but I still run to chase them.
