To the girl who buys herself flowers on Valentines Day
To the girl who thinks she's forever alone
To the girl who owns a million pairs of shoes to represent her million heart breaks
And to the girl who wrote this very poem
No matter who says it or who really believes it
Somebody, somewhere, sometime down the road
A person will love you
Now don't go hoping for the QB of the football team
Hope for a man who has the courage to look you in the eye and call you beautiful
Pray for a man who has the knowledge to never hurt you
Love the man who has the heart to follow through will all of his promises
And marry the man who does all of the above.
