Cracking bones
Words will hurt me



Though my strength
Is built in length
The words still sink



No will, no power
Can protect our cower
We are human, we all hurt


Don’t believe the lie
Don’t baggage every day and nigh
Let your walls down



For you see if you continue to stack
Or compartmentalize without lack
I promise you, your joy will be gone
