Hurry Home Daddy
Freedom; we don't really think about it.
Fighting for that right is my Daddy's job.
He's scared but he said he would never quit.
When he leaves us I can hear Mommy sob.
I cry sometimes too, when Mommy can't see.
But Daddy still goes and leaves us yet again.
He's out there for you and me so that we're free.
Out there he stands strong, just him and his men.
Daddy please hurry or you might just miss,
Little baby Abby; she's coming quick.
We need you Daddy, we can't live like this.
You too have to be a little homesick.
Come home Daddy for Mom, Abby, and me.
Time to say bye to the USMC.
