Cuts Of Confidence Turned To Deceit
Your cruel words
Stabbing at my back
Never to be forgotten
No one likes you because your smart
Those words haunted me
They still do
Razor blades were raised to the skin
Just because of you
Well
That time is over
Don't think I've forgotten
Don't think I've forgiven
Why are you my friend now?
Is it because you feel bad
Or because you want your popularity back?
I can tell you one thing
I don't have it.
Popularity requires confidence
You took that and made it ugly deceit
And now I just want to say
I'm not okay
Not today
But maybe tomorrow…
I will be.
