"These Lights"
They can't see
 And they don't know
 What they're doing to me
In this place that I know

 I roamed the street
With my heart on my sleeve
 Right where ends meet
 But they won't believe me

 The rain starts to pour
As I look througt their eyes
But all I want is more
And i see through their eyes

 I hear their laughs
 And I hear their cries
As I walk down the cold path
And I listen to their lies

 I want to tell them
I've tried over and over again
But to them I'm not a jem
And it happens all over again

 I watch their happieness
And wonder how they could be happy
When these lights make them see even less
 Oh the irony
