In the southern states
Of this glorious USA
There lies a place where
Seasons are no where to be found.
January through December
There is never,
Except a glimmer,
Of the snow white snow,
The talk of the North.
Instead of snowboarding,
The people lay out and tan.
There are no snowmen,
But only sand angels.
The only ice-skating
We can achieve,
Is the kind where
Man pretend.
