"Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game."

I took a walk, you see
down the battered path of you and me.
Remembering the good that we once had
the smiles and laughs before all went bad.
And as painful as it may have been
to basically lose you all over again,
I can now say with definite certainty
that we together were cursed with dysfunctionality.
So on I'll trudge through the scattered gloom
praying that flowers will soon be in bloom.
I now have no more pieces left of you
which puts me at a loss for what to do.
I suppose I can only savor these memories in their masses
since I seem to have misplaced your old sunglasses.

The other day while rummaging through my things, I realized that I had lost the sunglasses I stole from you years ago. Here is the inspired poem. Enjoy!

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.

Ive read tis poem many times, and each time i read it, everything seems to click. its kind of like a puzzle you made with words, each in there own little designated spot. amazing
