Stay with me until the sun burns up,
until the mountains are decapitated by the face of Ra,
until the oceans quench the thirst of your universe,
until all the roots of the trees shrivel up like old men,
and then you will see what I know.

We will be together as eternity and yesterday collide,
because the light that kisses you now
is message from the past,
a ballad that leads us on to the moment
we are allowed to touch once more.

I feel you, and you feel the sun,
and the sun will not last forever.

Yes, I cling to this.
