"In a way, you are poetry material; You are full of cloudy subtleties I am willing to spend a lifetime figuring out. Words burst in your essence and you carry their dust in the pores of your ethereal individuality" -Franz Kafka (Letters to Milena)

The silence of her footsteps
The balance of a bird
A mind of a genius
The weight of a feather
Her color as black as night

With eyes of the moon
She watches me
With every move I make
She comes closer

I flee
Leaving behind my footsteps
She follows

With hearing of a dog
And a pounce of I lion
She catches me

Her sharp claws seep into my delicate skin
Braking apart slowly
I take my last breath
Clenched in the mouth of a monster
