I Had to Leave
I had to leave
We can’t be friends my lotus flower bomb
You’re way to misunderstood
Bag lady let go all of your bags and goods
You didn’t know how to love
So I reached my breaking point
I was caught up in your rapture of love but we were unfortunate
Now your love lost
But the question is
Was it worth the cost?
I had an empire state of mind and a heart full of dreams
You had trust issues so I caught the bus and got a window seat
We fell in love
In a hopeless place
I just don’t know how we got the way
You used to have so much ambition
Now all you want to do is dance
I’m leaving out the door because you had your chance.
