Where Dead Things Lie
The clouds have come.
The sun is gone.
The lightning strikes,
no longer dawn
The thunder cracks,
as I plunge down
below the world;
where Hell is found.
Where darkness shelters broken souls.
Where this carcass lingers cold.
Where dead things lie, and demons walk.
Where in the corners shadows stalk.
I welcome you to enter in;
where old life ends, new death begins.
