No One Really Knows

You wake up today and sadly she will not.
You go about your day as she lay and rot.
Didn’t you understand that she was never really fine?
But don’t worry you never paid any mind.
Didn’t you understand that she was never all right?
That everyday for her was a fight.
She tried so hard not to show.
It just shows that no one really knows
She tried to fake it with a smile or a laugh
She held it strong till the last.
Oh how she tried to not let her pain show
It just shows that no one really knows.
