People find it far easier to forgive others for being wrong than being right.

There is a call
that rings out across the water
that vibrates within
the shallow breeze
sweet and long
cold and icy
as it travels towards the heart

It bounces off the headstones
and jingles the orange leaves
lies over the fallen snow
and across the barren trees
lashes every rock
and berates the violent sand
to defy its place

The call that does echo
through every gorge and hill
is calling you and I
back to sand and dust
now be still

I love your usage of words, there's great imagery in this poem! Nice work!
