The moment before midnight
It's amazing how,
 For me,
Nothing really ever happens in that moment,
 the moment before midnight.
 -
 It's almost scary how,
 For me,
Staring at that empty ceiling I've seen so much of,
 I can't find a flaw in life.
 -
 It's nearly magic how,
 For me,
The end and the beginning are so much the same,
 and I can't feel a change.
 -
 I find it funny how,
 For me,
It's so wonderful for simply nothing to happen,
At the end of the day.
