Forever Struggle

This seemingly endless darkness.
Many times I ask,
Why God, why do this to me Lord?
I think back to 2nd Peter which said
We must suffer, for it makes us strong.
But still, I feel weak
This struggle makes me wonder,
Will I win the fight
Or succumb to evil in my struggle?
All I need is my light, my flower
And then I know
I can win the fight and be relieved
Of my forever struggle!
