I'm shaking
From the inside out
I can't control it
The guilt
The fear
The blame
The sadness
The worry
The desperation
I've said everything I know
How it's addictive
How it's unhealthy
How you'll never be skinny enough
How you don't need to change
I've begged and pleaded
But I know this is something
I can't talk you out of
Something I can't fix
I have to stop it before it's started
I won't go on and think you'll be fine
I've learned my lesson with that
So I'm here to help
You'll get past this
