I dream of peace
I dream of winning,
a track meet.
I dream of you,
You dream of me,
Sometimes we dream together,
but never think about each other.
You dream of cars
You dream of games,
You think we should never
have come together.
I hope,
You hope,
We hope together.
Staying in one place,
never getting far,
Were we ever
meant for each other?
