Noises coming from the woods
Someone softly calling your name
You turn around
Nothing
You look up to the sky
Searching for some light
Some answers but find
Nothing
Hopeless
Scared
Anxious
Waiting for something to happen...
Nothing
The darkness mocks you
Taunts you
Waiting for you to give up
But then,
The horizon lightens
Slowly but surely
Dawn destroys darkness
And nothing is replaced with
Everything
