Drum…Drum…Drum!!!
Hearts pounding
Filled with Terror
Legs racing
Fear chasing
Screams of Agony
That high pitched whistle
Deaths Laughter
The smell of rotten flesh
Pestilence sweet perfume
Naked children feasting
Upon their dead parents’ flesh
Famines Twisted Fantasy
The Dead and Dying
In piles
In heaps
In ditches
Moaning…Groaning!!!
Praying for release
Victims of Man’s
Ambition and cruelty
Paint and clay
To Wars horrifying artistic vision
But a cruel necessity,
To stop Madmen’s
Dark Insanity.
