Headed to the candy shop
Don’t know what’s in store
I got sugar on my mind now,
As if I did not before
Candy canes and gumdrops
Just will not
Do the trick.
I need to find that special something,
Which makes my mouth drip
Walk right past the licorice
Then something begins to gleam
My eyes grow wide, what a surprise!
I see the jelly beans
Banana and cherry and black and blueberry
So many different kinds around
Dive in the cinnamon, grapple with apple:
A symphony in my mouth
Each little bean has a surprise to be seen
Who knows what I will next find
Each little piece makes my flash my teeth
So sweet I might go blind.
The candy store owner mosies on over
Says, “Aren’t you gonna pay for those?”
I look at him once then turn around and run
With a handful for the road.

I loved the poem only thing I seen was you missed a few periods or fix commas
