Revolution
Maybe everyone
 Drowns a little
 Feels stretched
 Too thin
 Maybe we all
 Suffer
 After all
 We are all locked
 In boxes of steel

 Maybe our voices
 Are our keys
 If we spoke up
 About the pain
 Our breaths
 Would melt the steel

 Maybe if we thrashed
 Around enough
 Someone would notice
 Us drowning
 And save us

 In our society though
 A voice of pain
 Is weak
 Vulnerable
 Regarded differently
 And is only trapped
 In steel again
 Is only thrust
 Back into the watery depths

 If only we all
 Could melt our boxes
 Save ourselves
 At the same moment
 Walls would crumble
 Mountains would move
 Hands would link
 Together

 Knowing this now
 I feel guilty
 Maybe I could change
 The world
 But I'm too scared
 The future
 Already looms ahead
 And questions fly around
 But maybe
 This realization
 Is my life's purpose
 And there's only one way
 To learn if it is

 The courage
 Inside of me
 Is building
 Soon maybe
 Our world will be swept
 By a revolution
