Loving another causes pain

When do you know when you fall
Into the depths of the person closest to you
Even though they may be insane?
Does closing my eyes count as loving another?
Or is it just in my head?
Is it in my bed?
Or am I on meds?
My head can’t take this anymore!
I want a straight answer!
Even if it hurts!
