Nevermore
Little hand reached for mine
Her large eyes gazed at the shrine
Those gray eyes like the moon
Were filled with the sorrow monsoon
The sea wind brought the air of despair
The pain of the silence we both share
 As we walked the path
And felt the dark day’s wrath
I couldn’t hold back my pain
Just wishing to stop this bleeding vain
I curse the sky with intensity!
Praying the hurricane could hear me
All the power and all the sorrow
 Could not fix my tomorrow
All the fear I kept inside
Wouldn’t have changed the swarming tide
All the hope I had for our eternity
Is inconceivable that you won’t be there with me
Greedy Poseidon put a claim on you
Oh, how I wish that wasn’t true
If only I had a moment more
I’d tell you all the little things I loved you for
 Little hand that still remembers
When you kissed her forehead in September
You fought so hard to come back to me
You fought the raging, swirling sea
In the end your sprit crushed
 And all the waters rushed
Your tired arms could move no more
Into heaven your soul did soar
To come back to me, nevermore
