Your tummy tickles and your head spins
Tears come out and your overwhelmed
You blush a little and smile
You are too happy to speak anything
You start shaking and thinking of possibility
You don’t want to leave, for fear you might forget
What am I going to tell everyone? Is always a first question
You walk around for days with the smile that they gave you

Great description! I love the last sentence. But i would change "speak" to "say". and also "your" should be "you're". sorry i'm kind of a grammar freak... but i really like the poem!
