Favorite Quote:
Are you serious?

I remember how we'd sit
And talk of autumn's air
But now I cry as I look at the seat
It's hard not to see you there

We sang out our hearts
Of love to each other
Took long roadtrips
To wherever we wanted

Feet hung out the windows
The wind through our hair
We were invincible
Till that one gloomy night

Things were so lively
We laughed and we giggled
Till those headlights shown bright

Everything was silent.

As I look up high to her
With a sigh and a tear
She's gone now, in Heaven
And I'm still stranded here

But I still sing for her
A lonesome little dirge
To send her up in Heaven
While I'm stuck here on Earth

I joined a little writing club on the internet that was from my online school and we had random topics that we voted on to write about. This topic was on Heaven, so this is what I came up with for that and I really like this poem.
