Blind eyes can look at me and see the truth
Remember when getting high meant swinging on a swing at the playground, and the worse thing you could get from boys was the cooties. Mom was your hero, your worst enemies were your siblings. Race issues were who ran the fastest, war was a card game and the only drug you knew was cough medicine. The only thing you would ever smoke were the tires on your bike. The only thing that hurt was the skinned knee, and the only things that could break were your toys. Life was simple and care free, and yet all we would think about was GROWING UP

Sitting on the edge of a cliff
Should I jump?
What will I miss?
Friends will move on , family will get over it eventually….
Joey woundent know or remember he’s way too young
Woundent have to deal with school, or drama, parents
Wondering if he or she likes me
Wondering what would they think of me if they knew the real me?
Knowing what I can and cannot say around people
Who I can and cannot trust having to keep every little secret to myself
Throw on a day to day smile being pushed around every everyone and everything
I feel like a rag doel being pushed around for everyone to see.
