Silence

I open my lips,
just to shut them again.
Did you hear the words i started to say?
When my shouting becomes a whisper,
and my words become silence,
do you still know what i want to say?
Starting to speak,
and my voice cracks.
Planning my words,
but forget what they are.
The words sit on the tip of my tongue,
do you see them?
Because my mouth won't say them
either way.
