The night gives me protection
From those who want to hurt me.
Mountains teach me how
To save the Earth.
My heart takes me on a journey,
And nothing can stop it.
Not this time.
I get a cut on my leg,
But I ignore it.
Blood tells me that I should be in pain,
But I couldn't feel the pain.
The moon brings me back to reality,
As the stars dream above my head.
I fix my leg,
And continue my long journey.

Okay, so, this was a poetry assignment that my teacher asked me to do, and my teacher loved it. Hope you love it, too.
