I know what I must do,
Even though it means leaving you
I hope you understand
Why I’m doing this
I can’t bear this web of lies I’ve walked into
I want to break free
But to walk away from you
Would leave me crying on my knees
I’ll never stop caring for you
But this is something I must do
I only wish it didn’t have to end this way
