can you feel me behind you?
watching each move
learning to be happy, but
ALL
of my suffering
hidden from the
world trapped
as i vanish
MY
surroundings
you keep me behind
bars of altruistic
selfishness and
FAILED ATTEMPTS
to crawl out have
tumbled with my
essence; with my dreams
keep trying
TO FLY
but like fragile wings
of cranes flap but
don't soar in the sky
they
ARE STILL HERE
to stay
with me
