drifting
drifting
into darkness
words slip past my memory
and i hope
that my mind will condescend
to giving me the information i so desire
halfdreams haunt me
strange impressions
feelings
i try so hard to ignore
pack down in a part of my psyche
why
sometimes i
(this is both a lie and a truth
give me time
i do not have)
sometimes i wake with a
start
as if i was walking somewhere
and
tripped
(where was i going
why cant i get there)
