Until the Day I Met You
A summer romance in its peak
Nothing can stop us, not even the heat
Droplets of laughter fill the sky
Nothing keeps us from being side by side
 Rays penetrating through our skin
Cool off in the water, take a swim
Fingers intertwined like vines grown in time
Our special place, heartbreak couldn’t erase
Young love, they say that’s all it is
 Outsiders could never know
We’re as happy as kids in a fresh winter snow
When summer ends, they’ll be no broken pieces
This love we share will have no creases
 Summer comes and summer goes
But we’ll be together until the sun sets low
What is love? I never knew
Until the day I met you
