Not Another Poem

This isn't a poem about a boy
(and i was never in love with him either)
I'm not going to tell you about how he stole my heart
(because i handed it to him on a platter)
This isnt a story of "the girl who loved a boy, and he didnt know she existed"
(in fact, he was Quite aware)
And i'm certainly not going to explain how his eyes weren't beautiful
(no, i think i'll save that for someone worth while)
Because this is Not a poem about a boy
(this is a poem about you).
