Costumes
Today I dawn the mane of a fierce lion.
Decorated in golden courage and a mighty roars that runs skin-deep.
With my prideful steps and whisking tail.
 Are you afraid?

 Yesterday I was a mouse.
My small whiskers exploring the massive world.
I was as quiet as snow falling.
 Did you even see me?

 Tomorrow, a wise elephant.
 Now stuck in my mouth.
 Like peanut butter on bread.
 Can you smell it?
