Love
like the winter snow
a sprinkle of white specks
that melt on my tongue
sensation of a delicate, soothing touch
embrace me with tight strings
laced with trust and attraction
jump into piles high
unprepared for the next hit
of a round mass of cold ice
yet be warmed again by
the fiery feelings that spark
a spontaneous covalent bond
where we both share an electric charge
when i take charge of this wintry wonderland
i won't wake up from this dream-like reality
at least not today
