The over-used pair of shoes
are not like any I have before used.
They're stylish and classy,
but also comfy and laid-back.
My over-used pair of shoes
are kind and gentle to my feet.
They've never gotten worn out,
even after all of this time.
My over-used pair of shoes
are like the love I share with those around.
Those pair of shoes,
are the ones I like the most.

The author's comments:
I began to realize that "love" is a word that is thrown around at random, never meaning as much as it used to. Everyone still uses it though, to explain anything that they enjoy, like, or cherish. "Love" is something that can mean little to one person, and more than anything to another. Just like an over-used pair of shoes.
