I've seen the highs and lows
and been through the worst,
why is that? Nobody knows
but, the one in my shoes whose walked this earth.

I've walked many paths,
from dark unending nights
to cold winters' white wrath;
leaving my identity out of sight.

I sit and stare
at the shining moon light,
figuring how to bare
such repulsive frights.

Feeling so disconnected
and lost from the world,
and always rejected
from this dream-world.

I want to know
the feeling of importance,
but gave up long ago
and became independent in my absence.

But, I've seen the highs and lows
from the tests we've been given,
for the knowlege we know
to get us through life into heaven.
