Will your love define me?
Will your love remember,
the cold winter nights,
climbing through the December?
Searching for a rose,
in a pasture of lilies
A memory of our youth captured,
in the sincerity of sillies.
Will your love hold me?
Have I felt your embrace?
Or have I simply waited with patience,
by love's frosted gates?
Awaiting a miracle,
while we made our debut
Knowing that in far distance,
dismay was in near view.
