Worth All My Time

Sun shining like your smile
Like it does all the time
Thinking of going back
Going back to the times when we used to
Cuddle
Together
Listening to the radio blaring
But trying to sleep
Hair falling out of the ponytail
Loose hair
Leaving us all blinded by your Smile
Running around with your sister
As she got old
Meaner
Crabbier
It does not make sense
Did she know I was dying?
Grass blowing in the breeze moving Your hair
It’s hot in the sun and you are Wearing a black jacket
Absorbing all the heat
Falling
Falling
Falling
Down
To the ground
Losing a lot of hair
Did she know I was dying
Like a sister should?
