I listen

Breeze blows wrapping my hair around my face.i listen for your voice.i am in the quiet, i do not speak,but listen close,for if i miss you i will regret.i take this time out of my day to hear you speak to me,where no one is but me and you,tell me what i am to do.when i speak and rumble my mouth for no good,i know i miss you.you try to speak to me,but i mumble over you.help me to shush my mouth and open my ears to your words.i do not want to miss you.So as the breeze blows wrapping my hair around my face,i listen for your voice that has longed to reach me.
