I Failed

I failed.
I failed because I didn't try, or because it wasn't worth my while
Because I didn't understand, or because, just because
I was feeling quite lazy and didn't study anyway
I flew through it anyway, it was easy
"How'd you do on the exam?"
"O easy peasy lemon squeezy, it was a piece of cake"
But I failed
All because of a sudden burst of laziness
