Quietly they come
In the night
Hear them speak to me
Softly and sweetly
Like the voices of angels
Gracefully they move
Behind my shut lids
See them dance for me
Meekly yet boldly
Like that of a leaf in the breeze
The words they speak are not so
Soft and sweet
Nor are they
Meek or Bold
I swear I am not insane
I promise
I vow
They are there
Forever dancing
Forever whispering
I can't ask for help
Or someone to save me
Too late for that
Its far too late
